Shipping & Returns
⚠️ Please note we do not allow pick ups as we are an online store only, so everything is delivered.
✅ Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues. Please note that after 14 days of receipt of goods all sales are final.
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Auckland.
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly, however please allow 1 – 2 days as a guide. Please allow additional time for rural deliveries. All orders are shipped on a Signature Required basis.
We normally use NZ Post / Post Haste to ship your order nationwide. Please contact us for alternative shipping options. You will receive a tracking number in an e-mail once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can track your package at the courier’s website.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. We have no say in how the various courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries. Courier issues are out of our control.
Courier services providers do not deliver to PO box addresses.
No orders are shipped on weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery starts out at just $5.40 per shipment. As the size and weight of shipments increase, so does the freight price.
- An exact shipping price will be displayed to you in the checkout based on the size and weight of the products in your order and your delivery address.

Delivery to a rural address (RD delivery) may attract a surcharge from the courier companies which we may pass on. Shipping to island communities such as Waiheke or Great Barrier may attract additional charges. Please contact us for a freight cost.
We will notify you and provide you with a tracking number when the order has been sent.
We have no say in how the various courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries. Courier issues are out of our control.
For delivery issues, please contact the courier company directly. It will help avoid back and forth communication between three parties.
Should you change your mind we will happily provide an exchange, store credit or credit voucher, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org firstly to confirm the solution. Once we confirm the return, we will send the return shipping address to you. Please follow all of the instructions provided.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
- Items must be returned with 14 days of receipt of goods.
- Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, and in original packing with original label.
- Exchanges or returns to be at the expense of the customer if returned via post or courier.
- For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable.
Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a exchange or refund. The above does not apply to sale goods, which are not exchangable or returnable.
