How long will my order take to be processed?

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Auckland.

We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly, however please allow 1 – 2 days as a guide. Please allow additional time for rural deliveries. All orders are shipped on a Signature Required basis.

Courier services providers do not deliver to PO box addresses.

No orders are shipped on weekends and public holidays.

 

How do I find out the delivery price?

  • Delivery starts out at just $5.40 per shipment. As the size and weight of shipments increase, so does the freight price.
  • An exact shipping price will be displayed to you in the checkout based on the size and weight of the products in your order and your delivery address.
  • Please contact us for alternative freight options.

 

Do you ship to rural addresses?

Delivery to a rural address (RD delivery) may attract a surcharge from the courier companies which we may pass on. Shipping to island communities such as Waiheke or Great Barrier may attract additional charges. Please contact us for a freight cost.

 

Who should I contact for courier issues?

We have no say in how the various courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries. Courier issues are out of our control.

If any problems occur, we recommend you contact the courier company first before reaching out to us. It will help avoid too much back and forth communication between three parties.

Returns

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, please contact us at support@tessories.nz firstly to confirm the solution. Once we confirm the return, we will send the return shipping address to you. Please follow all of the instructions provided.

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:

  • Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, and in original packing with original label
  • You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
