Terms & Conditions - Tessories NZ

By placing an order on this site, you accept these terms and conditions of sale.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
All prices are correct at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to change prices without notice (Errors and Omissions Excepted).
Prices and offers on this site may differ from those on other online platforms because of platform-specific sales and promotions. These promotions and prices are only available on those platforms, not on this site. Sale prices can’t be used with any other offer.
Prices cover the goods supplied and packed only, and do not include installation or maintenance.
Provided we meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we can change our prices at any time before we accept your order.
You are responsible for any other taxes, import duties, levies or tariffs that may apply.

All products are aftermarket accessories, not genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products.
It is your responsibility to check product fitment and quality before installation. All installations are at your own risk. See the Disclaimer section below for details.
The fitment guide on this website — the “Which Tesla is this order for?” question and any fit warnings shown in the cart or at checkout — is a guide only, based solely on the model and year you select. It cannot take into account wheel size, interior, trim, drivetrain (RWD or AWD), variant (such as Long Range or Performance) or any other option or variation. If no warning is shown, this does not mean a product fits your vehicle; the fitment information on the product page takes priority.
If a product is out of stock, it will be removed from your order. We do not accept backorders.
All products are made in China.

All products come with a 12-month Return to Base (RTB) warranty unless otherwise stated. Any warranty claim will be directed to the manufacturer. The warranty is for reasonable domestic use only; it does not cover products used in a commercial vehicle.
All warranty claims must include proof of purchase.

All warranties, representations and guarantees (whether express, implied or statutory) are excluded;
We will not be liable for any indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind suffered or incurred by you; and
We limit our liability to replacing the relevant goods, or paying their replacement cost and delivery cost, at our option.
All products are for DIY installation only. We are not responsible for labour costs if a product is faulty.
If your vehicle needs a warranty repair, please remove any aftermarket accessories related to the affected parts before taking it to the dealer. We are not responsible if the dealer declines the claim because of these accessories.

Your vehicle dealer may decline a warranty claim if aftermarket accessories are installed.
The risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of the goods passes to you on delivery. If you ask for the goods to be left at a certain place, the risk passes to you once they are left there.

These terms are offered in addition to your legal rights.
Errors and omissions excepted for all content on this website and in our emails.
Our aftermarket electronic products are guaranteed to work at the time of purchase. However, if Tesla changes the vehicle’s system through an over-the-air (OTA) update that affects or disables a product’s functions, this is not covered under our warranty. We cannot take responsibility for any issues caused by these updates.
All installations are at your own risk. We are not responsible, whether implied or otherwise, for any mechanical, electrical or other failures when using aftermarket products. By buying any aftermarket product, you take full responsibility for its use and/or misuse, and agree that we are not responsible for any consequences, legal or otherwise, of that use and/or misuse.
