Pick-ups

  • We do not allow pick-ups as we are an online store only, so everything is delivered.

 

Shipping

  • Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Auckland
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You will receive an email notification that includes the courier tracking number when your order has shipped.
  • In some instances, courier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

 

Delivery

  • Due to courier staff shortages and high parcel volumes impacting courier operations, please expect delivery delays.
  • Please understand that how the various courier companies process packages or schedule deliveries are out of our control.
  • Allow additional time for rural deliveries.
  • For delivery queries, please contact the courier company directly.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.

 

Acceptance of Goods

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any issues.
  • Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
