Click & Collect

How can I collect my order?

  1. Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to Checkout like normal.
  2. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  3. Select the ‘Pick-up’ option under Shipping. (Note: This option is only available for North Island addresses).
  4. Your order will normally be ready within an hour.
  5. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

Pick-up Hours

  • Monday to Friday 9AM – 3PM
  • Closed on Public Holidays

 

Collections

  • Please only come to collect your order after you have received the confirmation email.
  • Please bring a valid NZ photo ID and your order number.
  • Orders must be collected within 14 days of the collection notification email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order not collected within this timeframe.
