How can I collect my order?

• Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to Checkout like normal.
• Enter your full address, select the region, then under Shipping options select the “Pick-up” option.
• You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.
• Pick-up address: Unit L, 20 Cain Road, Penrose, Auckland

Pick-up Hours

• Monday to Friday 9AM – 2PM
• Except for Public Holidays

Collections

• Please only come to collect your order once you have received confirmation email that it is ready for collection.
• Items must be collected strictly within 14 days of the email collection notification.
• We will cancel any purchase after this time.
