Returning An Item

⚠️ Please note that we do not accept exchange or returns without prior return authorization.

To be eligible for exchange or refund, please confirm that:

• Items must be returned with 14 days of receipt of goods.
• Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, and in original packing with original label.
• Exchanges or returns to be at the expense of the customer if returned via post or courier.
• For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable.

Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a exchange or refund. The above does not apply to sale goods, which are not exchangable or returnable.
