Important Note: To use this adapter, your Tesla must have CCS adapter support enabled. You can check this on your Tesla’s touchscreen by going to Software > Additional Vehicle Information. If it says “CCS adapter support: Enabled”, you can use this adapter to charge at rapid charging stations and Tesla Superchargers.
If your Tesla does not have CCS support or if you don’t see “CCS adapter support” listed, you’ll need to find a third-party service to perform the retrofit. This retrofit typically costs around $3k. Please note that we do not provide this service and do not have any recommendations for retrofit providers.
