Will this fit my Tesla?
Yes. It's a windscreen mount, so it works in every Tesla — Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L — and in most other cars too. Please note it is designed for glass only. It is not made to stick to the back of the centre touchscreen.
How does it attach to the windscreen?
Place the suction cup flat against clean glass and press down once. The vacuum locks it in place straight away. To remove it, simply release the cup — it lifts off cleanly with no marks, no residue and no adhesive pad left behind on your dash.
Is the magnet strong enough to hold my phone while driving?
Yes. The magnetic array grips firmly, so your phone stays put through bumps, sharp corners and hard braking. You can still pull it off with one hand when you need it.
Does it work with a phone case on?
It does. MagSafe phones and MagSafe-compatible cases snap on directly. For any other phone or case, use the included magnetic ring — stick it on the back of your phone or case and you're ready to go.
Can I use it in portrait and landscape?
Yes. The 360° adjustable joint lets you rotate between portrait and landscape and fine-tune the viewing angle without taking your phone off the mount.
Will it damage my phone or affect wireless charging?
No. The magnets are safe for modern smartphones and won't harm your screen or battery. If your phone supports MagSafe charging, the mount won't get in the way of it.
What is it made of?
The body is aluminium alloy, so it stays cool to the touch, resists heat build-up in a parked car and holds its shape season after season.
Can I take it with me?
Yes. It folds flat and is small enough to slip into the glovebox, a door pocket or a bag — handy for swapping between cars or taking on a rental.
The suction cup feels loose — what should I do?
Wipe the glass and the cup with a damp cloth, let both dry fully, then press the cup down firmly again. Dust and film on the glass are the usual cause. Very cold weather can also soften the grip, so refit it once the cabin has warmed up.
