Bundle: Mud Flaps + PPF
Model Y (2022-2024)

Which Tesla does the Mud Flaps + PPF fit?

The Tessories Mud Flaps + PPF fits the Model Y (2022–2024). Both halves of the bundle are cut to the factory panel lines — the flaps to the wheel arches, the film to the rocker profile — so nothing needs trimming on fitting day.

What comes in the Mud Flaps + PPF bundle?

The bundle contains a full set of four mud flaps — one per wheel — plus a rocker paint protection film kit with 2 clear film pieces for the rear doors and fenders, 1 squeegee and 1 spray bottle. Tessories includes the tools and video instructions, so nothing extra needs buying before you start.

Why fit mud flaps and rocker PPF together?

The two work as one system: the mud flaps block rocks, grit and spray thrown up by the tyres, and the paint protection film shields the rocker panels behind them from stone chips. Mud flaps alone leave the sills exposed to fine debris, while film alone takes the full blast off the tyre. Together they cover both.

What are the mud flaps and the protection film made from?

The mud flaps are moulded from flexible thermoplastic, which stays pliable in cold weather and shrugs off road debris and everyday wear. The kit uses BOP Top Series paint protection film, a heat-activated self-healing PPF. Both are built for all-weather use on doors, fenders and rear quarter panels.

Can I install the mud flaps and PPF myself without drilling?

Yes — the mud flaps attach with plastic grommets and need no drilling, so the rocker panels and fenders are never cut. The paint protection film is a DIY peel-and-apply job using the included squeegee and spray bottle, with video instructions to follow. Most owners fit the whole bundle at home in one session.

How does self-healing paint protection film remove light scratches?

The heat-activated film pulls light scratches and swirl marks out of its own surface with a light application of heat. Small marks picked up from washing or grit fade rather than staying in the finish, which keeps the rockers looking clean and protects the paint underneath from stone chips.

Is this bundle worth it for daily driving on gravel or rough roads?

Yes — loose gravel and grit are exactly what the four mud flaps and rocker film are made for, cutting the spray that chips paint along the lower doors and sills. One limit to note: the warranty does not cover damage or detachment caused by ground scraping, curbs, speed bumps or extreme conditions such as crossing swamps.
