Model Y (2025-2027)

What does the Model Y mud flaps and rocker protection bundle do?

This bundle is designed to provide combined exterior protection for your Tesla Model Y, helping reduce damage from road debris, stone chips, sand, snow, and everyday driving wear. It includes custom-fit mud flaps and rocker paint protection film for key vulnerable areas.

How do the mud flaps help protect the vehicle?

The mud flaps are engineered for precise coverage of the doors and rear quarter panels. They help block flying rocks, mud, and road spray, reducing dirt build-up and paint damage while maintaining a clean factory-style look.

Is the mud flap installation permanent or does it require drilling?

The mud flaps are designed for easy installation using secure plastic grommets. No drilling is required, helping to avoid damage to rocker panels or fenders while ensuring a stable fit.

What protection does the rocker paint protection film provide?

The rocker PPF layer helps shield the lower side panels from stone chips, sand, snow, and debris. It is designed to reduce paint wear in high-impact road conditions and preserve the exterior finish.

Is the paint protection film easy to install at home?

Yes, the kit is designed for DIY application. It uses a peel-and-apply method and includes installation tools and video instructions to guide the process.

Does the PPF offer self-healing protection?

The paint protection film features a heat-activated self-healing surface. Light scratches and swirl marks can recover with the application of gentle heat, helping maintain a smooth finish over time.
